How I Work: Unleashing the Power of Theory and Practical Experience

When tackling challenges, I use an approach that blends well-established academic theory with practical wisdom gained through personal hands on experience and the insights. By merging these two realms, I unlock the true potential for transformative solutions to emerge organically.

Throughout my journey, I have been deeply influenced by renowned thought leaders who have shaped my perspectives. The works of Otto Scharmer, Ken Wilber, Jeanne Liedtka, Robert Chalmers, Fred Kofman, Patrick Hoverstadt, and Paul Polak have been instrumental in shaping my methodologies. Their profound insights and innovative frameworks have inspirated me, guiding my path towards impactful problem-solving.

In sense-making and gaining holistic understandings, I find great value in diverse disciplines such as Design Thinking, Patterns of Strategy, Integral Systems, Spiral Dynamics, Theory U, the Viable Systems Model, and application of fractal systems. These tools, methodologies, and models provide me with a comprehensive toolkit to unravel complex challenges and pave the way for innovative solutions.

By weaving together academic rigor and real-world applicability, I strive to create a generative process to unlock answers that lie within the fabric of the work itself. As I embark on each endeavor, I embrace the belief that the solutions to our most pressing challenges manifest as a natural consequence of the work’s evolution.

Through this blend of theory and practice, I strive to empower individuals, organizations, and communities to maximize their opportunities for development and lead transformative journeys that unearth innovative possibilities and create positive change.
